Tucker and I were doing a little window shopping yesterday, and wandered in to Barnes and Nobles.
Turns out they have a great train table! We were the only people in the children's section, so he played for quite a while! He loved all the trains, although keeping them out of his mouth was a bit of a task.
I loved watching him turn the trains over and over, find new pieces to play with, and enjoy himself!
Before we left, a little girl and her mom showed up. She was about 2 years old, and Tucker thought she hung the moon! He waddled himself around that little train table to get to her, jabbering all the way! This boy LOVES to talk, and you almost feel like you should know what he's saying!
My favorite part was watching him share. Once he got to the girl, he found a little toy hellicopter and reached out and handed it to her...twice!!! It may not seem like a big deal, but that really does a Momma's heart good to see your child so selflessing sharing with someone else!!!
I'm very glad to have found a great place to play this winter. Does anyone have any other good ideas of FREE places to go once it gets cold?!
